"As a designer, you can accomplish anything with desire and dedication."

My Drive and Passion

Advocate for the user

I’m interested in finding out what users would do. Their behaviors, expectations, and voices contribute to our designs. I'm a firm believer that spending more time with our users will give us better quality products.

Learning never stops

I have a curiosity for learning new ideas, tools, techniques, points of views, as well as different approaches and methodologies which keep me inspired and encourage me to constantly improve my work.

Make it desirable

My background in visual design has given me the skills to craft websites and interfaces that work seamlessly and look beautiful, reflecting the needs and message of the business.

My Expertise & Skills

As a designer, I’m passionate about my craft. I have participated in everything from visual and interaction design to communication and strategy. This has allowed me to build a distinct cross-disciplinary skill set and a “can do” attitude.

Understanding the “who,” “what,” and “why” behind human behaviors is very important to me. I have followed this approach since the beginning of my career. I always apply it to balance research and design thinking with design execution and prototyping.

This approachallows me to move faster in any design environment and enables me to strategize, lead,d and execute at all stages of a project, from discovery and definition through ideation and development.

As a leader, I have spent years collaborating with team members and clients to identify the right solutions, deliver an impactful narrative, and blend creative inspiration with technical innovation. I enjoy talking to clients and users to find opportunities within the problem and validate solutions before, during, and after the launch.

My skills and expertise include research, UX design, UI design, digital strategy, content strategy, creativity, creative direction, art direction, branding, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and copywriting.

My Guiding Principles

During my career and working with different teams, I developed a personal point of view and fundamental beliefs that serve as guiding principles for my design process. These principles allow me to understand how and why to make UX decisions and communicate them to team and clients.

I consider these guiding principles to be necessary to design effective and successful user experiences. These principles can also be used to guide interactions and to interact within teams and organizations.

Listening Copy

THE USER COMES FIRST

It's never about “me,” it is about the user. The best way to provide viable solutions is by listening, empathizing and understanding the user’s needs and problems.

Ask Questions

ASK QUESTIONS

Don't spend time wondering and assuming, ask as many questions as you can to your potential users and stakeholders. This will build trust and engagement with your client and will help you to discover possible solutions.

Assumptions

CHALLENGE YOUR ASSUMPTIONS

Assumptions aren't facts. To create impactful solutions, we should put them aside along with our beliefs. Challenge your own as well as those of your colleagues and stakeholders

Facilitation

BE A GOOD FACILITATOR

A big part of being a designer is to be a good facilitator, you are responsible for keeping the team engaged and make sure they are on the same path to achieve a common goal, but also create a pleasant environment for everyone.

Team

WE ARE A TEAM

Design never happens in a vacuum, Design critique, collaboration, inputs, discussion and different point of views, its necessary and comes from a team.

Methodology

AN ADAPTABLE APPROACH

Being flexible and adaptable is the best approach. Organizations have different methodologies depending on their teams and clients needs. Our process should be tailored to fit specific project needs, both business and functional.

Simple

MAKE IT SIMPLE

What we create should be simple and intuitive, reducing friction in people's minds, makes them feel better and confident about the product.

Leadership

As a team leader, I believe collaboration, critique, and exchange of ideas make the team thrive.

Leading by example and setting the high bar for quality via hands-on collaboration, clear goals and expectations, context setting,s, and constant review. I champion growth through assessment and empathy, understanding members of my team’s strengths, skills, weaknesses, and aspirations, and then providing them with strategies and plans to take ownership, improv,e and grow to become successful and pass the baton to the next generation.

In addition, I set up the product strategy and envisioned complex ecosystems. I’m not afraid to push the envelope to pursue forward-thinking design. I understand how to balance user and business needs ane technical limitations.
